5. Third-Party EV Charging Equipment

Aestum Systems does not manufacture or sell EV charging stations.

Third-party EV charging equipment displayed on this website is included solely for product identification, illustrative visualisation and compatibility-reference purposes.

The representations used in Aestum visualisations and the online configurator are independently created, simplified 3D illustrations. They are not original CAD models supplied by the respective charging equipment manufacturers.

These illustrations are not intended to provide technically exact reproductions of third-party charging equipment.

EV charging stations displayed in visualisations are not included in Aestum pedestal products or quotations.

All third-party trademarks, product names and protected designs remain the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party equipment do not imply affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, endorsement or approval by the respective manufacturers.

6. Compatibility and Installation

Compatibility with third-party charging equipment depends on the specific charger model, mounting adapter, pedestal configuration and applicable technical requirements.

Standard mounting solutions are available only for supported configurations.

For charging equipment outside the standard compatibility range, custom mounting solutions may be considered following individual engineering review.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the selected equipment and proposed installation comply with applicable electrical, structural, safety and local installation requirements.

Installation should be performed by appropriately qualified professionals where required by applicable law.

The website and configurator do not replace manufacturer installation instructions, approved technical documentation or professional engineering assessment.

7. Requests for Quotation

Users may submit selected product configurations and project information through the website’s Request for Quotation (RFQ) form.

An RFQ submission is an enquiry only. It does not constitute an order, a purchase agreement or acceptance of any commercial terms.

Aestum Systems may contact the submitting user to clarify technical requirements, confirm compatibility, request additional information or prepare a quotation.

Any quotation issued by Aestum Systems may specify product scope, pricing, lead times, delivery arrangements and other applicable commercial conditions.

A binding purchase agreement is formed only in accordance with the terms expressly agreed between Aestum Systems and the customer.

8. Uploaded Files and Project Documentation

Users may optionally upload technical drawings, specifications, photographs and other project-related documents when submitting an enquiry.

By submitting materials, users confirm that they have the necessary rights or authorisation to provide them to Aestum Systems for the purposes of reviewing the enquiry.

Submitted files may be accessed and used by authorised Aestum personnel and relevant service providers to assess project requirements, evaluate technical feasibility and prepare quotations.

Uploading materials does not transfer ownership of the user’s intellectual property to Aestum Systems.
